Founded in 1988 as A Joy Wallace Catering Production, our journey has always been about more than just food—it’s about creating moments that bring people together. In 2023, the company rebranded as A Joy Catering, LLC, continuing its tradition of excellence in off-premise catering and event design.

By 2025, as our lines of business expanded, A Joy Catering, LLC became a subsidiary of Breakthyme Hospitality Group, Inc., alongside its sister companies Breakthyme Catering, LLC and Breakthyme Cafes, LLC. This growth reflects our evolution into a diversified hospitality organization—one that unites distinct brands under a single vision: to create extraordinary experiences through food, design, and community.

LEADERSHIP

At the helm of Breakthyme Hospitality Group is Reinaldo Ramos, who originally joined the company as CFO. In 2020, he assumed the role of CEO and President, guiding the organization through its rebrand and expansion into a multi-brand hospitality group. Under his leadership, Breakthyme Hospitality Group continues to grow while remaining rooted in its legacy of excellence and innovation.
